Only issue is that RR attracts a lot of kids so prepare for noise. Pool area is perfect with a huge fountain in the middle of the main pool. Be sure to request a room close to the elevator or prepare for a long hike. Rooms are very nice with great views of RR Canyon.
In fact RR name badges include 'We love LOCALS.' Because RR caters to locals more than tourists, prices are more reasonable, quality is excellent and the casino more friendly (3X points). About 20 minutes away from the airport in the backyard of Summerlin, this is where the locals hang.
Owned by Station Casinos (Green Valley and a slew of others), RR opened in 2006 and still has that new feeling.
